The services listed below are our Primary ITSP Services that are offered to the general public, but are not limited to what you see. If for some reason the VoIP, SIP, Phone, Asterisk or PBX service you are interested in is not listed in the list below, please contact us so we can offer you and your business a more custom solution. » Hosted PBX If your company can not justify the purchase of a full-blown business telephone system, you may want to consider getting a "Hosted PBX" service. This is where you connect your telephone hand-sets to the BluegrassNet PBX and use our PBX rather than buying one. We charge a low monthly fee for this service. The connection between your offices and ours can be either point-to-point data connection, or across the Internet. There are a plethora of benefits to a small business setting up their system in this manner, plus, you get unparalled support from our VOIP team. » Local Phone Service We can offer local phone service everywhere in the United States, and access to/from foreign countries as well. This means you can have local numbers in any city in the United States. Any business can transfer their telephone number from the local telephone company or cable company to BluegrassNet Voice and we will become your voice provider. You simply connect over the Internet. » Toll Free Service BluegrassNet Voice provides consumers with toll free services that include 800, 866 and 877 numbers at very low rates. These services are easy to implement, easy to manage and most of all completely reliable. For more information and details feel free to contact us. » SIP Trunking This refers to the actual telephone lines that connect you to the Public Telephone Network (PSTN). When you install a VOIP system at your business, you have a choice: you can connect it to the old telephone lines you have (sometimes you are under contract), or you can connect to an ITSP and get your access to the PSTN from someone like BluegrassNet Voice. This generally saves you money and gives you added features & benefits that you did not have access to before. » Fax to Email One of our most popular services. We set up a telephone number (or you transfer your current fax number over to BluegrassNet Voice) and when someone sends you a fax, you get a .pdf in your e-mail! It gets rid of all those papers, allows you to view faxes on the road via your iPhone or other PDA, and gives you a much more reliable "time-stamp" than you currently have due to misconfigured sending fax machines. This is surprisingly inexpensive and you can even have an individual fax number for each employee, and have copies sent to third-party inboxes. There are lots of options on this service. |
