Toll free lines are available on both and individual and bundled basis. Rates are starting as low as 3 cents per minute depending on volume and other considerations. All Toll Free pre-fixes are availble, such as 800, 888 and 877.

The customer can control where that toll free service is directed at any time via an online admin interface.

The toll free services can be delivered in any format you need to accommodate your PBX, including traditional PRI.

If you do not have a VoIP digital telephone and are not interested in purchasing one, BluegrassNet Voice has you covered. We offer a device called an ATA to our clients that converts digital signals to an analog signal allowing you to utilize any regular phone of your choice.
